used in the preparation of concrete cube specimens of high strength
materials for compression testing. These moulds are employed to examine the
strength of Portland cement, low heat Portland cement and some classes of
lime.

Liquid Limit Device
We offer high precision liquid limit
device, which conforms to IS standard. It consists of a brass cup held on an
adjustable bracket. The cup can be adjusted for a fall of 1cm and can be
raised and dropped on a rubber base of standard hardness by cam action. The
complete set comes with one casegrande grooving tool, one ASTM Grooving tool
and a high gauge block.

Ductility Testing Machine
We offer premium quality ductility
testing machine, which is used, for determining the ductility of asphalt,
cut bitumen and blown type bitumen. The Machine consists of a bath
thermostatically controlled with inlet and outlet taps. It is equipped with
an electric pump circulator and heater.

Marshall Stability Test Apparatus
We manufacture Marshall stability test
apparatus, which is used to measure the resistance of plastic flow of paving
bituminous mixture that is loaded on lateral surface. The instrument is used
with hot mixture that contains asphalt with specimen molds, base plates,
specimen extractor and breaking head assembly.

Los Angeles Abrasion Testing Machine
The Los Angeles abrasion-testing machine
is used for determining the resistance to wear, of small sized aggregates
and crushed rocks. It consist of a hollow cylinder, which is mounted on a
sturdy frame having ball bearings. Rotational speed of the drum is 30-33
rpm, which is powered by an electric motor supply with 12 abrasive charges
of 48 mm.

Aggregate Impact Tester
We offer IS: 2386 (Part-IV) certified
aggregate impact tester, which is used for determining the aggregated impact
value. The tester comes with metal measure and have a temping rod at one
end. A hammer is also provided with a locking arrangement in the tester.
